4.1 Collection

 The company will collect your information with your consent first. Unless authorized by law under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, Section 24 or Section 26

The company will collect your information only when necessary, under the objectives stated by the Company in Clause 2.

The Company will not use or disclose your information before obtaining your consent, unless the information is unnecessary to get your consent, according to the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, Section 24 or Section 26.
