Extrusion Process
Extrusion molding is a molding method in which melted resin is extruded from a die to create a shape. It has the advantage of being able to produce products with the same profile but different lengths at low cost.
The machine heats the material (resin) and extrudes it while melting
The melted resin is molded with a die and sizing, cooled in a water bar tank, and shaped into the product.
The molded product is pulled by a take-off machine and passed through a cutting machine to be cut to size according to the drawing.
